What’s Shakin’ Bacon?

Bacon continues to sizzle in the hearts (seriously) of our public and especially on our palates!


We choose to deny the fat facts and grease splatter in favor of the fabulous flavor and are learning to use it in not only breakfast pleasures but as part of salads, salmon, jam, desserts and even candy!

51JBE1BRqoL._SX260_PJlook-inside-v2,TopRight,1,0_SH20_As proof of this frenzy Off Your Plate discovered a brand new book titled Bacon Nation, written by: Peter Kaminski and Marie Rama.  Even we, who typically lean toward the more… well…  lean and healthy foods have managed to weaken with interest in these recipes and will be checking them out.
