Private Buses and Shuttles have hit SF
Alternative ride shares are popping up left and right in the city and they go beyond Uber or Lyft. Private buses and shuttles are starting to make their presence known. Leap is one of the newest to hit the streets, for $6 you can ride in a luxurious bus with wifi and grab and go snacks. They are only running one current line and hope to expand further. Sound too good to be true? check out the video.
Pretty fancy. The other major player is Chariot – a shuttle service that isn’t as fancy as Leap yet boasts affordable prices and faster service than Muni, Uber and Lyft.
Either way you put it – it’s obvious things are changing. Riding around the city is simply getting fancier and easier.
I would love to hear if anyone has tried either systems.
