Thanksgiving is pretty much the best holiday there is since it doesn’t involve anything other than hanging with people you love, watching football, and eating so much yummy food. And you know what makes it even better? When you don’t have to cook any of that yummy food. Whether you’re celebrating Thanksgiving with family or doing a Friendsgiving with friends, these San Francisco restaurants and markets will do all of the cooking for you. And some will even deliver the food right to your door. Slaving away in the kitchen is so 1621.



Whether you want a complete meal, sides only, or just a few a la carte dishes because you were asked to bring stuffing and you have no idea how to make it, Belcamo has you covered.

What you get: A full Thanksgiving dinner ready to heat and eat that will feed 10-12 people and includes a roasted turkey, choice of vegetable side, choice of potato side, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, rolls, and two pies. Or you can just order a “sides package” that includes stuffing, two vegetable sides, potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, and dinner rolls. What you get: Choose from a roasted whole Diestel Ranch turkey, braised Diestal Ranch turkey hindquarters, or a baked Niman Ranch ham. Sides include roasted garlic mashed potatoes, candied yams, sage and raisin stuffing, and more. You’ll also get gravy, cranberry sauce, and pumpkin pie.

Cole Valley’s Ice Cream Bar is also doing pies and ice cream for Thanksgiving.

What you get: Pumpkin, made with freshly-roasted pumpkin in a flaky butter crust and/or pecan, made with sugar can syrup (no corn syrup). There’s also Thanksgiving-flavored ice cream, like maple pecan, pumpkin pie, and vegan cranberry orange sorbet.

Luke’s Local is the perfect solution for lazy people. And Luke is bringing it big time for Thanksgiving.

Queen’s Louisiana Po-Boy Café

You’ll have to drive to San Bruno, but that doesn’t seem like far to go for a delicious Cajun deep fried turkey from Queen’s Louisiana Po-Boy Café.

What you get: A deep fried 14 to 16 lb. turkey that serves 8 to 10 people and is prepared on Thanksgiving Day.
