Who We Are
With over 40 combined years of project management experience, our team has worked in marketing, sports management, interior design, event planning, fundraising, family & child services, executive administration, human resources, and other concierge/travel-based services. The staff at Off Your Plate is here to help you with projects, both big and small. We ensure a very trustworthy environment (are insured & bonded), and there is no project we won’t consider helping you with. If we cannot help you directly, we have a deep network of trusted professionals that we can connect you with.
We are very down-to-earth, organized, efficient, and dependable. We pride ourselves on having a very social and unique relationship with each of our clients. We want to give the best service possible to save you time and make your life easier.
With our services, you can have a house manager, a personal assistant, a home organizer, a project manager, an interior designer, a party planner and a personal shopper right at your fingertips. We excel in working with clients on a regular basis, providing weekly personal assistance or assisting in the home with anything overwhelming our clients; and also often work with those whose primary residence is not in the Bay Area by helping to take care of things on the home front . Freeing up a few hours in your week will make a world of difference – we can guarantee that!
Jenn is the owner of Off Your Plate, which she founded in 2009. She has over 15 years of project management experience working in various industries, and has found a niche in helping out individuals and families who genuinely find her services valuable. She truly believes her clients gain time, energy, peace of mind, and even wealth by hiring Off Your Plate for various services.
In the time Off Your Plate can save you by running weekly errands, prepping for a party or coordinating with vendors on a home remodel, you can play at the park with your kids, spend more hours of your day in the office or on the golf course. Jenn feels that her service allows her customers to have what they really want – more time. She values both the professional and personal connections she’s made over the years, and those relationships that continue to thrive because of Off Your Plate.
Jenn is a 6th generation Bay Arean, and was born & raised in San Jose. After graduating from Northwestern University in 2000, she moved back to San Francisco. She received her MA at USF in 2005, and has spent the years since, gaining knowledge in a realm of industries & environments – learning and consuming as much as possible and valuing every experience, as it lends itself to the success of Off Your Plate.
Dennis was born and raised in Santa Clara, CA and made the move to San Francisco in 2003. In 2007 he graduated from Academy of Art University with a BFA in Interior Architecture and Design. He has worked in the design industry for over 8 years and has a great deal of experience with furniture construction and ergonomics. He is an excellent space planner and has a passion for organizing small personal spaces such as closets and/or home offices, and really gets into the bigger projects like a room or home redesign.
Even when he is not working, he is always trying to improve his “right brain” way of thinking by rearranging his apartment, writing articles for the Stndrd Magazine, scanning the internet for new and classic design trends, or testing every sofa, chair, stool, and ottoman possible for future projects. He’s crafty, he’s reliable, he’s fun.
Dennis believes that no project is too big or to small as long as the client’s needs, wants, and likes show through in the design of their space.
